A career as a Logistics Operative requires you to be to manage and optimize all or part of their customers’ supply chain operations, from transportation and warehousing to inventory management and packaging, RMA, among others.

YOUR KEY ROLES WILL BE:

  • Consult our B2B customers over the phone, email and other channels on warranty issues. Following specific diagnostics steps.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical incidents related to our products for warranty purposes.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot physical devices returned for warranty with special tools to assess if they meet the minimum requirements for being eligible for a warranty.
  • Follow SLA and service processes.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
  • Plan and control the reception, storage and dispatch of products.
  • Carry out periodic inventories and keep updated stock control.
  • Organize storage space efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of merchandise and ensure its correct handling.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely supply and dispatch of products.
  • Prepare reports and analysis of warehouse management indicators.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum associate degree, preferably bachelor’s degree
  • 1-year experience
  • Ability to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical people
  • Fluent in Spanish and English language
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team as well as find solutions independently
  • Being thorough and pay attention to detail as you will be retrieving orders according to quantity, size etc.
