We are seeking a Sales Engineer specializing in telematics systems, GPS technology, and vehicle diagnostics. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales and communication skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and deliver telematics solutions using GPS/GNSS technology, telematics protocols, and data analysis to meet client requirements;
- Extract and analyze ECU data to enhance fleet performance and implement predictive maintenance strategies;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs, presenting technical solutions, and conducting product demonstrations and training sessions;
- Coordinate installation, testing, and training of telematics systems to ensure successful project execution;
- Utilize knowledge of communication protocols and cloud platforms to enable seamless data management and connectivity;
- Analyze fleet data to generate actionable insights, support customer success, and prepare detailed technical documentation and proposals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven working experience (2–3 years) in telematics, sales, or related technical fields, with a strong understanding of industry practices and trends;
- Demonstrated expertise in sales, negotiation, and effective communication to engage and support diverse client needs;
- Technical skills in data analysis or programming (e.g., Python, SQL) are highly valued and will be an advantage;
- Strong ability to work independently and effectively manage responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and organizational abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales – India to lead our commercial growth in one of our key strategic markets. This role is focused on driving sales performance, expanding our customer base, strengthening strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing local sales team.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B telematics sales, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the Indian market. You will work closely with the CEO and global leadership team to execute Ruptela's commercial strategy and accelerate business growth across the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Indian market in line with the company's global objectives;
- Own the regional sales budget, revenue planning, forecasting, and achievement of commercial targets;
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing business relationships;
- Own the regional sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and ensure achievement of commercial targets;
- Identify new market opportunities, sales channels, and strategic partnerships;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, partners, and industry stakeholders;
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and successfully close strategic business opportunities;
- Represent Ruptela in the Indian market, strengthening the company's brand and market presence;
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing local sales team;
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable business initiatives;
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and successful business development;
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to the executive leadership team;
- Continuously improve sales processes, commercial performance, and team effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Head of Sales, Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Director, or similar);
- Proven experience in the telematics industry is mandatory;
- Strong track record of managing sales budgets, forecasting, and consistently delivering revenue growth;
- Deep understanding of telematics solutions, GPS tracking, fleet management, and related technologies;
- Strong knowledge of the Indian market, including customer landscape, sales channels, and partner ecosystem;
- Experience building and maintaining strategic customer and partner relationships;
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and business development skills;
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams;
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage

- Prepare monthly financial and KPI reports with business insights.
- Monitor accounts receivable performance, overdue balances, and collection forecasts.

We are looking for an experienced Developer with a solid understanding of Quality Assurance methods and a strong interest in building automated testing solutions, internal tools, and testing infrastructure. The primary focus of this role is to identify repetitive manual QA efforts and replace them with efficient, computer-controlled systems that confirm high product quality, optimize engineering workflows and accelerate delivery times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain test automation solutions (scripts, frameworks, tools);
- Build and support internal tools: testing, manufacturing, configuration;
- Work with embedded systems (FW + HW interaction) in a testing context;
- Analyze system-level issues and help identify root causes;
- Collaborate closely with Firmware and Hardware teams to resolve quality issues;
- Contribute to improving QA processes, methodologies, and infrastructure;
- Maintain technical documentation;
- Accelerate product delivery times through automation and tooling.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in programming (focused on C, C#, Python);
- Understanding of embedded systems (FW and HW interaction);
- Basic electronics knowledge;
- Experience working with lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer);
- Experience or strong interest in automation and test tooling development;
- Ability to troubleshoot and work with real hardware devices;
- Experience with version control systems (Git);
- Good English communication skills.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance engineer to join our talented FW/HW quality assurance team. This role focuses on embedded systems testing — validating firmware on physical devices, working directly with hardware, and investigating HW‑level failures. It requires hands‑on hardware to work in both specialized lab environments (using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power tools) and real‑life field tests to verify performance under actual conditions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute test cases for embedded FW/HW components;
- Collect, analyze, and present testing data and results to support decision-making and continuous improvement;
- Identify, log, and track bugs and defects throughout the development lifecycle;
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure product quality and timely issue resolution;
- Analyze system performance and failure modes to improve test coverage and reliability;
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to increase coverage and reliability;
- Document and communicate test results, issues, and improvement suggestions;
- Continuously improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in HW/FW quality assurance, including developing and implementing QA policies, procedures;
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant testing tools and methodologies, including JIRA, test management platforms (such as Xray or TestRail), Confluence, and various in-house developed QA tools;
- Hands-on C# programming experience is required; Python or other languages are a plus;
- Excellent command of English and Lithuanian (both written and spoken);
- Category B driving licence;
- Proactive, self-driven and oriented toward the result.
Advantage if:
- Experience in HW/FW test automation;
- Knowledge about 2G, 3G, LTE, GNSS network technologies;
- Knowledge about RS232, RS485, CAN, OBD, K-Line, 1-Wire, or different communication protocols.
