We work on enabling Ruptela devices to gather and interpret data from different types of vehicles and equipment, including cars, trucks, trailers, refrigerators, and other transport-related machinery. 

As an Automotive Connectivity Engineer, you will help integrate new vehicles and equipment into our solutions, investigate data and compatibility issues, test new functionality, and contribute to the improvement of our products and internal tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze vehicle data, communication protocols, and interfaces to support the integration of new vehicles and equipment into Ruptela solutions. 
  • Investigate technical issues related to vehicle connectivity, compatibility, and data quality. 
  • Perform testing of hardware, firmware, and vehicle integration solutions according to specifications. 
  • Work closely with Firmware, QA, and other technical teams to identify issues, validate fixes, and improve product performance. 
  • Support customer-facing and non-technical teams in resolving vehicle interface and compatibility-related cases. 
  • Manage bug-related activities, including reporting, tracking, analysis, and verification. 
  • Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and contribute to regression testing activities. 
  • Maintain and improve internal databases, documentation, and technical working tools. 
  • Contribute to research, testing, and implementation of new vehicle connectivity features and solutions. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical background in electronics, automotive, telecommunications, embedded systems, or a related field. 
  •   Understanding of basic data communication, diagnostics, or hardware/software interaction principles. 
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues in a structured way. 
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, logs, and test results. 
  • Self-motivation, ownership, and willingness to learn new technologies and tools. 
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • English language skills. 
  • Driver’s license. 
  • Willingness to travel when needed.

We are looking for a proactive Full Solution Sales Manager to drive sales of our integrated telematics solutions, combining GPS tracking hardware and SaaS fleet management software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect, engage, and acquire new B2B clients across Europe by promoting and selling integrated telematics solutions (software + hardware);
  • Explore market opportunities and create customized offers;
  • Understand client challenges and position integrated solutions accordingly;
  • Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and technical teams to meet customer needs;
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage CRM tools;
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close deals with multiple stakeholders;

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or hardware (like telematics, fleet management or IoT);
  • Strong experience in active outbound sales and hunting new business clients across international markets;
  • Proven ability to identify decision-makers, build pipelines from scratch, and proactively generate new sales opportunities;
  • International business development or enterprise client acquisition;

We are looking for an experienced Developer with a solid understanding of Quality Assurance methods and a strong interest in building automated testing solutions, internal tools, and testing infrastructure. The primary focus of this role is to identify repetitive manual QA efforts and replace them with efficient, computer-controlled systems that confirm high product quality, optimize engineering workflows and accelerate delivery times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain test automation solutions (scripts, frameworks, tools);
  • Build and support internal tools: testing, manufacturing, configuration;

  • Provide technical support to B2B customers via phone, email, and other communication channels;

We are looking for a Quality Assurance engineer to join our talented FW/HW quality assurance team. This role focuses on embedded systems testing — validating firmware on physical devices, working directly with hardware, and investigating HW‑level failures. It requires hands‑on hardware to work in both specialized lab environments (using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power tools) and real‑life field tests to verify performance under actual conditions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute test cases for embedded FW/HW components;  
  • Collect, analyze, and present testing data and results to support decision-making and continuous improvement; 
  • Identify, log, and track bugs and defects throughout the development lifecycle;  
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure product quality and timely issue resolution;  
  • Analyze system performance and failure modes to improve test coverage and reliability;  
  • Build and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to increase coverage and reliability; 
  • Document and communicate test results, issues, and improvement suggestions;

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in HW/FW quality assurance, including developing and implementing QA policies, procedures;

  • Hands-on C# programming experience is required; Python or other languages are a plus;
